The paint I wanted was available. It was immediately prepared and the tins of paint wheeled to my waiting car. The process could not have been easier.

I’m from the Uk and paints are named differently to here in Australia, I explained this to the young man serving me and he couldn’t have been more helpful . He also mixed the colour I required ( a UK colour ) and it is a perfect match . Very helpful and polite , will always go there to purchase any other decorating needs

We were served by the manager. She was extremely personable and took the time to explain everything to us even though we weren’t making a large purchase. Her insight and experience resulted in us leaving with the right products at the right price and guaranteed our return business.

Excellent customer service, very professional and staff care about one's project (what's being painted). I was also very impressed with price of products , it was more economical to buy everything in store then going to a major hardware store.

I ordered online and followed up with a phone call to arrange delivery instead of pickup. The order was delivered the same day to my door. The process was seamless.

Upon arrival and unsure what colour of internal bathroom paint and how much we needed, we were approached by a gentleman who offered to help us. He was polite, spoke with good knowledge and understanding of our uncertainty. We bought only 2litres and a roller. It had No barring on this small purchase. Good service from a local business. Fast & friendly service and a good range of quality paint and equipment. I only call in for bits and pieces but they always help me out and I can understand why so many Professional Painters shop here.
