I had to unlicense an install on a dead computer. Support was quite helpful and had it done in now time at all.

Useful tool for constructing concept maps, relatively easy to use.

So far I am very satisfied. I have used outline for a 27 page document. Excellent Ease to use and figure out.

I am impressed with this program.
As an inspiring writer this software will help greatly to organize backstory notes. Outline novel scrapbook notes. Possibly the diary of publishing a book

I purchased the program and iwith the help of my school tech person he was able to get around the firewall which was blocking the installation of the program. Am enjoying showing the teachers the program and all the great features.

I have used Inspiration for years as it is very useful at easily capturing ideas and developing them. It is a very intuitive program that has quite a bit of depth to it as well. If you are developing software or writing a book or report or just trying to organize your own thoughts, this is a must have communication tool, even if you're simply communicating with yourself.

I have been using inspiration for years and it is very intuitive and great at thought/project organization. I highly recommend it if you are creating anything of complexity.

When I purchased a new laptop I contacted the TechEd Marketing support team to help me install Inspiration 10. I had already activated this software on two previous computers and when I contacted the support group, I was given the information I needed to complete the installation with minimal effort. My questions were answered and I received clear instructions on how to proceed.

I have always received excellent service and I highly recommend Inspiration software and the support team.

I have been using an outline since "More" on the early Macintoshes. It is crucial to the way I work. I bought Inspiration when I switched to Windows working for Intel in 2000. Couldn't really work without it. Everything goes in there; song ideas, daily tasks,lists of all kinds. Thanks for all your good work.

Love the features for organizing lots of stuff into an outline

I love Inspiration! It is a great visualization tool--powerful yet easy to learn.

Inspiration has a user friendly interface which allows users to create diagrams or mind maps in just a few minutes. It has enough functions to ensure quality and flexibility is not compromised, but not too many that the software becomes overloaded confusing to use.

Inspiration is a crucial tool for my students to develop thinking, writing and presenting skills. I cannot think of a better tool to promote visual thinking, design and focused oral communication skills prior to writing and presenting. Fabulous.

The Concept is Great with hyperlinked diagrams. It´s so old in its Ux, so if you want me to remain as a user, you have to modernaize.

I see also a problem when i am diagramming then the text will appear very odd. There must be a feature wher I can use text in my own disposition independently of the entities in my diagram.

The product itself is great -- essential for me in thinking about things, brainstorming with groups, maintaining focus in meetings, writing (pre-writing principally) -- it is great in this Windows version (major improvement over 9.2 in that it now supports unicode for people who write things in languages other than English) and I hope soon for a MacOS version that just as good (but better since it's not on Windows!)/.
Beyond that, the supporting customer service is outstanding. I had some transition issues and the technicians engaged with me and thought seriously about my issues and maintained a conversation until all was resolved.

I always found Inspiration to be an excellent tool for students - helping them to organise their thinking and write better essays! I still use it - though I am not teaching anymore - it is incredibly useful to brainstorm ideas and then sort them onto some cohesive presentation - I love it in my work.

Purchase process very easy and practical. In a few minutes I had it all set!

Excellent preliminary pd with very good links to demos. Still a bit confused about how to make good power point visuals with some of the inspiration visuals

Prompt response to my question. Easy installation. Enjoying having access to mind mapping software that facilitates the gathering of ideas and the use of space to clarify relationships, before starting the structuring step.
