I opened my online parcel today, which I just got today, and the condition of the slippers is so bad that one flower has fallen off and the other has none. Is this the image of this brand? Is this how things will be provided? I am very disappointed.
I ordered a bag (IN-692801), but I didn’t like it because it was too small. I can’t even carry my mobile phone and small accessories in it. The inside mirror is also not good.

It has been months, and a simple size issue has still not been resolved from INSIGNIA’s side. I have been continuously sending emails and messages, but there has been no response at all.
I personally visited the PWD Islamabad branch multiple times. Unfortunately, one of the shopkeepers there (I do not know the name) behaved in a very unprofessional manner. I have already handed over the article to the shop, along with the receipt issued by the shopkeeper, yet I have not received any update about what the next step is or when this issue will be resolved.
This experience is extremely disappointing. Such a big and reputed brand with zero customer care support is unacceptable. INSIGNIA products are good, and my entire family—including myself—has been purchasing from this brand for years. However, the real test of a brand is how it handles customers when an issue arises, even a small one—and unfortunately, INSIGNIA has failed in this regard.
The customer care experience has been pathetic and frustrating. Due to this lack of support and accountability, neither I nor any of my family members will be purchasing from INSIGNIA in the future.
