Stay far away from Insight! A pushy door-to-door salesman told me it was a no-obligation trial for $50 and that I could cancel anytime without penalty. He had me sign a tablet that only showed a signature box. Well, turns out I signed a 12-month contract. When the service didn't work and I tried to cancel, they hit me with a $250 cancellation fee.

We had a service for whole year. And were very satisfied with the service. Especially have to mention technician Ricardo who is polite and professional.

Mike from Insight gave service today, and he always listens to my concerns and addresses them. In addition to checking the crawlspace, he put a non-toxic spider deterrent in all the nooks and crannys of the garage and shed, as well as around the house. Thank you so much for your continued help!

Jax was polite, informative and friendly. He went out of his way to ask relevant questions , did not rush me, and made sure I was getting a service I wanted. He explained safety for my pets, and on the day he was very good with my 2 autistic sons. Highly recommended

Insight pest came to my door offering services in the neighbourhood. The sales guy was very shady in the way he presented the "4 treatments" contract. No cancellation was ever mentioned before he shoved a contract in my face to agree to the treatments. After the first treatment and a free call back I had more ants and wasps in my yard than I ever had before. I asked to cancel any further treatments and was met with a $200+ cancellation fee. So now I'm supposed to be out over $400 for a service that didn't work. I should have read the reviews prior to signing up as it seems this is fairly common. I have received other pest control services and they have always worked after the first treatment. It makes sense that they need to rope you into a contract because no one would ever call for a repeat service since it doesn't work.

Amazing work by Jax today, we conversated on what i needed for my home and he gave me a run down on what he was going to do, how long that would take and how his products work. He is quick, thorough and got the job done within a timely manner. I recommend this company and jax the tech to get rid of pest and get your house back into order.

These guys came to the door last summer and asked if we wanted some pest control. We agreed and they asked us to enter our information into an ipad. At no point did they tell me I was signing up for annual services. Now they keep showing up every quarter and charging our credit card automatically. They come in the middle of winter when there is snow everywhere and tell me the serviced the outside! I keep asking them to remove us but they won't cancel. I call them and they ask scores of questions but won't transfer me to anyone that can cancel. I email them and they won't cancel. They say I have to speak to them. They call me with a phone number that is listed as "potential spam" and leave voice mails to call them back. I call them back and get sent to the same endless loop of questions, but can't get to someone that will cancel.

This is a fraudulent service. How do these guys have an A+ on the BBB?

They send a salesman to your door and they literally lie about having signed up people in your own area. They're good at how they sell the product but I tell you, one day, someone is going to hurt your salesman and your Indian technicians. They forge signatures too, beware of this company. They practice the same model in the United States. Word on the street is that Insight Pest Solutions is heavily involved in drug money laundering as well.

Total scam!! Never saw anyone on my cameras and been paying monthly. Now I try to cancel service and they want to charge me extremely crazy fees and more months! Don’t fall for these guys

Had a door to door salesman come to my home in September of 2025. He said that because he was going door to door there was a special! 80$ every other month for pest control services that would last the 60 day time frame between visits. Im a single mom struggling with roaches that have lived in this house longer than me. I thought it was a pretty good deal. I made a point to ask a few times if there would be a recurring charge and I was told no, I asked a few times about the price and each time I was told it would be 80$ ever two months for services. My home was serviced once. I got charged, I was told they would call to set up the next visit. They never did. I got billed the following month for 80$. I was co fused because one, I did not receive services. Two, I was told there would be no recurring charge. I went to.the website, removed my card info. I then wrote an email, called them, finally got ahold of someone. Explained the situation, had them escalated my "claim" to a higher up. I was called back, there was a voicemail left basically saying that I signed a contract and that it was stated in the contract there was a month charge of 80$ and bi-monthly visits. I am extremely disappointed in their so called customer service and in the integrity of the company as a whole due to how much false information their door to door reps give just to make a commission. Fraudulent income is shameful and these people should be ashamed of themselves for all the lies they tell.

Very happy with Danny’s visit today. Managing deep snow and still smiling. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and have never regretted acquiring this service. I am in an area with a large new housing development and have not witness any rodent activity and spiders are where they should be… outside!!! It’s a wonderful service. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a pest reduced area.

I believe this company's commercial service uses deceptive automatic renewal charges. If the sales representative had informed me about the automatic renewal in the one-year agreement, I would not have signed the contract. I already paid four checks for the first year and received four services. However, they automatically charged me for a fifth service without providing any service. Now they have sent the agreement to a collection agency, and I am requesting to speak directly with the collection agency about this matter.

It would be 0 stars if that was available. I was approached by a door to door salesman. The conversation was rushed but we had a problem with spiders and ants so I signed up.
They incorrectly wrote down my email so at no point did I ever receive a contract and at no point was it EVER explained that this was a recurring service with recurring charges.
After receiving phone calls from accounts receivable for an outstanding payment for a second visit I contacted the company. After giving them my correct email I did receive a contract and invoice but when I tried to cancel was told the cancellation fee was the amount of a service which was almost $300. Another point I might add is when I spoke with the sales agent he talked about mouse control. I have NEVER in over 20 years in my home had a problem with mice however it was included as a service on this so called contract against my wishes. The cost of their service is exorbitant considering each of their 2 visits lasted approximately 10 minutes.
This company uses under handed tactics to gain customers and should not be trusted.

Buyer beware! Be sure to read the contract on the iPad you are signing it on! Rest assured, the salesperson won't be telling you that you are indeed signing a 12-18 month contract. When you choose to cancel, you will be told that there is a $310 cancellation fee. But WAIT, there's more! If you choose to cancel your contract before the end date, not only will you be charged the $310 cancellation fee, but an additional $200 termination fee altogether with an additional sales tax for a total of $551.31 (amount may vary based on the sales tax for your zip code). So, before signing up for Insight Pest Control's service, think twice about it. You will be paying more than $800 for a one year service (my house is small as is the yard, your amount may be greater) and for services that are In other words, will likened to paying for snow removal in the middle of summer and lawn care in the middle of winter. The salesman is less than forthcoming and never once will mention a contract or the terms of the contract.
While their product application may be good, the lack of transparency and forthright communication needs attention.
