I have used INSIDR phone and taxi services for my trip to Paris and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Paris/Europe.
The phone charges for 6 days was only $33.40 and it allowed us to use the wifi and calling with decent speed.
I was to pick up the phone from the Travel Information Desk but it was too crowded so asked them to send the phone to the hotel desk. They promptly sent the phone even before I reached the hotel.

I also took the airport pick up and drop off services from Insidr. The driver spoke english and was of too much help when I exited from the airport without getting my baggage from belt. Airport drop off was also convenient and with no issues.

The phone return was easy drop off in one of the post boxes available near my hotel.

Excellent services. I will surely recommend and will use them in future.

My wife and I used the INSIDR phone during our trip to Paris in the Fall. It could not have worked out better. We were able to use it as a WIFI hotspot the entire trip so that my wife and I could both continue to iMessage, read emails and make international calls from our US phones (on WIFI only). The travel guides and pre-installed apps (such as Google translate, taxi and Uber and real time public transportation information and directions) proved essential as well. On top of all of that, pickup and drop off was a breeze and the staff were extraordinarily friendly. I usually do not write reviews but was beyond impressed by this service and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Paris.

I wish they offer this service worldwide! Easy pick up and drop off, easy to use, + great customer service. I was worry about how to get support if I needed, but they replied emails almost immediately, and texting them via the phone and asking for suggestions was amazing! It's like having local friends telling you info about their city. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have wifi and local calls available to you in Paris.

My last trip to Paris was very short (unfortunately) but I immediately thought of booking my INSIDR phone so I could stay in touch with my friends all the time I was there.
I have rented from INSIDR previously and have recommended this incredible service to my US friends and colleagues. The team is very professional and the pick up / return process couldn't be easier. I chose to return by mail and personally took the envelope to a post office near my hotel and felt like a local while taking care of it.
The INSIDR team always displays impeccable customer service and I can't wait to plan another trip to Paris so I can enjoy the useful INSIDR phone again!

i stayed at Paris for a week, the connection speed was a bit slow, and connection quality was average,but the price is cheap,

when i arrived CDG, the phone pick location was not T1, it's T2. It cost a lot time to collect the phone, hope Insidr could improve.

It is great to have internet immediately in any were in the world.Thanks INSIDR who has provided it in Paris

Great information for local shopping.

I booked a car from somewhere in paris to the cdg and paid online. The driver was 20min late and, but I had good communication with the company to let me know. Transport to the airport was very fast. During the ride I got a call from the company saying that I needed to pay the driver €35 in cash and that he would refund that amount onto my card. I was not aware of tbis payment because nothing on the site mentioned it. I had only €10 on me at the time and my card. The driver was furious when I said I didn’t have enough and so I offered to take money out at an ATM. We went there and somehow I lost my card. I gave him the 10 euros and offered to make a direct transfer to his personal account or to call my friends and get them to pay him in cash. I understand that there was no guarantee I would pay him, but what he did next was very unprofessional and scary. He told me to suck him off and that it would be easier. I declined and continued with my previous offer. Eventually he said it was fine and that I could stay at the airport. It was a terrifying and stressful experience, although I do understand it was partially my fault.

Edit: I was very surprised to find that the co-founders recently contacted me after reading this review. I definitely did not expect this as reviews tend to get lost. They were very kind and clearly explained the misunderstanding that had occurred that day. I'm pleased to say that this was an extremely rare occurrence in the service, and that the co-founders really do care about their customers and have put in their best efforts to make up for what happened.

I was having issues uploading my photos at the end of our trip, but INSIDR sent me a link where I could download them all. Much appreciated!

I was amazed at the price and the number of devices it supports! I really don't know how we could have toured so much and covered so much ground without Insidr. I loved how staying on-line all the time allowed us to use Google Maps. I was impressed that every option of travel car, taxi, bus train, and times available on google maps, We were able to enjoy public transportation due to having cell service all the time!

Plus the 24 x 7 support team was awesome!! It was great to know the trains were striking where and when and they helped with alternate plans.

The price was excellent. I had no problem using the cellphone. It was easy to pick up at Roissy, and I opted to return by mail. I actually mailed it from Roissy, but it was a bit of a challenge to get it in the mailbox there, FYI. I recommend Insidr.

My friend Pat and I had looked forward to our two weeks in Paris, and we are extremely grateful that we had the INSIDR phone to help us in so many ways. It led us to places we wanted to go, The staff was always responsive and helpful when we had a question or needed reservations. It made our trip even better than we had hoped for. It was well worth the cost, and we would gladly recommend future travelers to take advantage of this marvelous travel aid.

Reserving an Insidr Smartphone for our Paris trip was truly one of the best planning tips we received from friends. We opted to pick up our phone at the Tourist Information Desk at the airport which was conveniently located on our way to the terminal shuttle to catch the train into the city. The phone provided all the amenities promised on the website. We used the phone every day to navigate around the city. We were never lost or at a loss for key information. Dropping off the phone the night before we left was easy, too. There was a postal box right across the street from our Airbnb. We wished we had kept it and mailed it from the airport as we lost the Wifi connection in our apartment the night before we left, making it impossible to order transportation to the airport until the Wifi was restored just one hour before our planned 5am departure. If we had the phone, we could have had a more restful night!

This is a wonderful service for an extra feeling of security as you travel in Paris. The pick up at the airport was efficient and the return through the prelabled mailing package went smoothly. We enjoyed having a hot spot where we were for iPad use and found the mapping useful for travel. Thank you Insidr!

Seemless pick up at the airport and intuitive to use. The 3GB per day data allowance was ample and the reception was excellent. Great product!
