As the name of the company suggests, it provides insider trade alerts by deciphering through public information available on the SEC website form 4 filing information. I have been able to set the timing on alert deliveries to my liking. Through their premium service, I can get up to the minute alerts delivered to my inbox. I then sift through these alerts and make trading decisions. On buy alerts, my experience with using this service has yielded profitable results over a 2-4 week period in over 80% of my trades. I have had some losers as well, but overall I think the service pays for itself many times over. A big thumbs up to this company for getting valuable information to traders like me in an easy to read and understand format.
