I was with INSHUR for about 8 months with no issues, and the monthly price was fair. However, this month they randomly increased my monthly premium by over £200! I called and spoke to a representative who understood my frustration and agreed the hike was unfair, but said nothing could be done as it was due to "current market conditions."
Unwilling to accept that, I shopped around and easily got quotes from two other companies that were significantly cheaper. I’ve now moved elsewhere. Luckily, I checked my auto-renew quote in time. Definitely keep an eye on yours if you're with them.

Didn't automatically renew my insurance which caused me to get kicked off Flex for 2 days which meant over £160 worth of shifts got cancelled, then refused to insure my 1.1 2010 fiat panda but wouldn't give me any indication as to why. Ended up having to insure my daily car instead now I have to sell the panda which I only bought to do flex on the first place (which they initially insured for the first year!)

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company.
Trying to cancel a policy with them has become an exhausting and frustrating process. They tell you to contact them by email, but they reply whenever they feel like it — if they reply at all. Calling them is even worse because their phone system always seems to be “down” or unavailable.
I sent all the required information with plenty of notice and I’m already on my third email about the same issue. A simple cancellation should not feel like fighting through endless bureaucracy.
The level of incompetence, irresponsibility, and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. Customer service is practically non-existent, communication is poor, and they make a very basic process unnecessarily stressful.
At this point, I honestly feel like they just delay everything on purpose. I would strongly advise people to think twice before taking a policy with this company unless you want problems later when you actually need support or want to cancel.
Very disappointing experience.
