Do NOT purchase from this company!!!

I placed an order on February 10 for an item that was listed as in stock on the website, and my credit card was charged $77 the same day. On February 11, I received an email from the company stating that my item was on the way, which led me to believe the order had been processed and shipped.
After several weeks with no delivery or shipping update, I followed up via email on March 6 to check on the status of my order. Only then was I informed that the item was actually not available.
At that point, they asked whether I would like a refund, and I immediately confirmed that I did. However, despite this confirmation, I have already had to follow up twice regarding the refund, and it has now been five business days without receiving it.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. The item was advertised as available, my card was charged immediately, and I even received an email stating the item was on its way. Yet weeks later, only after I followed up, I was told the item was not available. In addition, the refund process has been slow and requires repeated follow-ups.
At this point, I will be contacting my credit card company to initiate a chargeback, as the refund has yet to be received.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this website and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Happy customer, great case!

I don’t usually order straight from a smaller business, however, I’m very pleased with my experience.

I chose the blue case with the lizard texture for my iPhone15ProMax. I’m really happy with the quality, design and importantly the feel of the case. It feels good value for money especially when it’s personalised. Unfortunately the buttons are slightly harder to press but it doesn’t bother me.

It took about 10 days to be delivered which I think isn’t too unreasonable.

One thing to keep in mind is that the cases don’t wrap around fully - there is space at the top and bottom. However the phone does feel secure.

Read the Return/Refund Fine Print

I was contacted later in the day by the founder, Liam. After some correspondence, this issue has been resolved. I am grateful that they took the time to listen to our issues, review our pictures, and review our order on their end. I've updated my rating because of this. I've also corrected the name of the series in my original review and removed a paragraph to avoid redundancy.

I do stand by my statement that anyone planning to purchase should look into the return/exchange/refund policy - no matter the business. This has been a good teaching moment for my daughter as well.

::UPDATE ABOVE::

My daughter saved her money & purchased the "Black Lizard Texture Leather Case" (no personalization) for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. This is their "Signature Leather Series." After waiting patiently for two weeks, we were very disappointed with the product we received.

We placed the phone in the case & it would not snap onto the edges. And you can still see part of the phone around the sides - I have pictures. The case does not snap onto/fit the phone & with a bit of momentum, it comes off.

I contacted their Customer Support via email and requested a refund, as the product was not what was advertised, nor of the quality that they promote. While I wasn't optimistic, due to other reviews I've read, they did give me a response. That's the only reason why I am giving it 2 stars. However, after the back-and-forth, the only option we were given was to return the case, pay an additional $17.79, and a different case would be sent. And frankly, we do not want to waste anymore money, so we declined the offer.

My daughter wasted her hard-earned money, and it's disappointing that the business is unwilling to stand behind their product by issuing a refund when a customer is significantly dissatisfied with what they received. I understand if an item is personalized; however, my daughter's was not. So, I caution everyone to purchase at their own risk and read the fine print on their refund/exchange/return policy before doing so.
