There was a little problem with my order- I got the wrong shirt. However after contacting Hani about the issue she quickly sorted it all out without any unnecessary questions. She immediately offered a free replacement that also took just a few days to arrive;)

The delivery took a lot longer than expected, but I have to say the customer service assistant Hani was very helpful and did everything possible to speed up the process. The T shirts are really nice so I will order again just much further in advance!

The products are in a really good condition and the shipping is fast.
One time I had a few problems but I reached out to them and Hami replied right away, to help by solving my problem.
She replied very fast and was always friendly and very helpful.

Great custom services and care for customers

I can’t even figure out how to leave a review under the shirt I purchased in the website. Needless to say, this is the worst quality shirt I paid more than $20 for. It is SHEIN quality and deceptive marketing. The order took 3 weeks to be delivered. Do not fall for this brand.

I was only sent one top out of the two that i ordered. I got in touch with the company and was emailed back by Jonah. Who kept me updated with the progress in sorting out my issue.

I'm satisfied with the reply I received - it was quick and professional, definitely would recommend !

My package did get a little lost and took a couple extra days to arrive. But while I was waiting for the updates Jonah was answering all my questions and helping with the order. He is truly the best!

This was a horrible decision to buy from here. My top got lost so I re ordered and it ended up getting returned to sender. Shocking service and so expensive for one top . Unacceptable :(

I ordered a shirt in a color that unfortunately turned out to be out of stock. Customer service contacted me and we found a solution that I’m happy with. Jonah helped me out and his service is really great! Very kind and they respond quickly!

Advertises baby tees. They ARE NOT baby tees so total waste of money and disappointment. They do not accept returns, claiming they print to order so are exempt from the 14 day return consumer rights for online purchases. Sounds like they’re exploiting a loophole. Really angry. Quality is good so awarded 2 stars. If you want a baby tee go elsewhere. Do not believe the hype on TikTok.

I had an issue with a shirt I bought on the website and didn’t have any tracking code. I proceeded to send an email to the company and got a response from a person who works there named Hani, this person was really kind and attentive, making sure everything went right in the process and replying really fast, providing me all the info I needed! Really recommend it! :)

My t-shirt arrived misprinted with the print being much larger than advertised on the website. When I emailed to request an exchange for a correct t-shirt I was given an automated reply telling me they could not provide exchanges for misprints as t-shirts are printed to order. I was offered 25% off my next order which I do not think is satisfactory as my order came completely different than was advertised.
