I was checking out when I received a text for a discount code on my order! Saved me some money! Shirts super cute too!

i had a bit of a problem with the items that i had orderded werent in stock. thankfully i had great help from Jonah that gladly helped me out with no trouble at all!

Really terrible quality. T shirt is so thin it’s almost see thru, not a nice fit, just the cheapest possible t shirt with an exorbitant price tag. And because it’s “bespoke” they don’t do returns so you’re stuck with something I would argue is not fit for purpose. Absolutely terrible

eternally grateful for jonah’s help regarding the uncertainty of my parcel’s whereabouts due to delivery being much longer than expected. he was really helpful and sped the process up! my parcel arrived just two days after i had been in contact with him. thank you !

Ordered two months ago and order still not shipped. The only contact information on the website is an email address. I’ve emailed 4 times and have had no reply.

The specific shirt I bought was out of stock and I was made aware that is was going to be 2-3 months before it would be fully stocked again but, I had the greatest experience with Jonah who helped me understand everything and gave me the opportunity to wait for the restock or to exchange for a different shirt instead. Jonah was incredible the whole time and even updated me after everything was sorted!!

My customer service was provided by Hani, and she did amazing!!! She replies fast and she is very friendly.

I ordered with delivery to NYC. Unfortunately, the delivery service left the package outside the door to the apt building and it went missing. When I reported this, Jonah in customer service was quick to send a replacement to a more secure address. Great communication and quick to resolve the issue that was out of their control.

I had an issue with my order, one top out of four was missing, I emailed in print we trust and they got back to me almost immediately to find a solution, and they are sending the top in a separate order. Customer service was great and seemed like they actually cared.

even though i was sent the wrong package, when i reached out i was met with nothing but kindness from jonah. so helpful and understanding and supportive and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GIVE MY BOY JONAH A RAISE HES THE MAN

This is a scam.

I purchased a T shirt to Australia, but the tracking never updated to show that it had been scanned by the courier. They said they would send out a replacement order to resolve the issue. As I was travelling to the UK, they shipped the replacement there instead. Unfortunately, the tracking for the replacement has had the exact same issue, with no update showing that the courier has received the package.

A month later, I still haven't received either order or a refund, and I now have to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Do not purchase anything from this company.
