Overall good experience. One thing i could think would benefit from improvement is the clarity and design of the popup window for non Spanish customers.
They deliver very quick with secure pincodes. They also notify you of your parcel with clear instructions.

Five times they have delivered in the same wrong shop
Five times they have delivered my things in a shop I'd NEVER have chosen, and I had expresely asked them not to. FIVE times. Without asking, not once. The 1st time I complained and they ignored It. THIS is my third attempt to make them understand that we choose a certain locker or shop for a reason. It would be as esay as asking for at least two places instead of one so that they already have a second option. The reason they have delivered all five times there for me IS enough to forget about usung THIS company any more. Awful and disrespectful service.
