Every time I checked online

Every time I checked online, the live availability suggested there was no space. I thought I’d check when passing several days later despite live availability still suggesting there was no space . It was a nice surprise to find there was indeed a space!

Great delivery experience

Great delivery experience. Retailer and courier company communications were excellent and I knew when my order was dispatched and when it was out for delivery. It arrived exactly when they said it would!

Good service

I have used the lockers a lot recently for collection and have never had an issue. If set up through email and sms, alerts and updates are regular, updating you of your parcels progress wherever it is.
A QR is emailed to you and is basically a case of scanning the QR when the item arrives at the locker and collecting. The lockers are very user friendly, and offer a failsafe should you close the locker without collecting in error - thankfully never done, but it's good to know that's there.
Very user friendly and a great option for those who are hardly ever home to receive parcels.
