The parcel was delivered on time, and the courier was pleasant
I was able to get through to the customer care when I couldn’t track my parcel and was tired of waiting.
The person I spoke with was very polite and gave me assurance that my delivery time will show on my phone when the driver is around my area, then I would also be able to track it.
Omg it was exactly where they said it was it didn’t speak much was a bit boring so went in the king’s landing and had a steak and ale pie with chips and a shandy. 6/10
Parcel arrived and delivered by very nice young woman who lifted it into my hall for me.
Terrible service. My parcel was sat in their warehouse from the 29th May and by the 8th June it still hasn’t been delivered.
I tried to contact in post for an update but got two copy and paste emails, asking for a description of the parcel - how am I meant to know that when I haven’t sent it?!
Yet, today I have received an email saying that this has been delivered at 5.41pm which is a blatant lie. No one has delivered anything to my house today and I have been in all day. I have camera proof of this as well.
I wouldn’t recommend Inpost at all, they keep your parcels for weeks, don’t respond to enquiries properly and then lie about them being delivered.
