A purchased a 'linen' dressed to find out it was synthetic.
I bought two skirts that were shown and described as light, airy cotton blend plaids and received skirts of synthetic slippery material with very ugly patterns and colours not at all similar to what had been pictured on the website.
I ordered three dresses from Inpeppermint and they were not as described.
They were advertised as being ethical cotton and linen in medium thickness, the photos on the website showed this also.
However the dresses are a polyester synthetic material which is poor quality and thin. The quality of the finishing is poor; there are loose threads, seems and the sizing is completely off what the size chart says and the buttons are scratched. There are no branded labels, no sizing labels and no care labels on the garments. The website implied that they were from Canada, but they delivered from China.
There were no contact details within the parcel, no returns procedure or any route for recourse.
I attempted to email them on the support email address provided in the order confirmation email, though this email bounced back as it was not a real email address.
