To little too late
I ordered a swiffer startset at Bol.com on februari 13th for 43.99 euros. When I told this to one of my friends, she told me the same article was on sale at the local Action store for 17.79 euros. I tried to cancel the order straight away, but inpakdeal told me it was already on its way. They offered me a discount without me having to send I back. But I already purchased it from Action. It arrived the 16th of febr. I posted it straight back in is original state. On the 5 th of March I still did not get the refund. Thousand of excuses and a complaint to Bol I got my money back. No way will I ever choose them again.
