Shockingly unprofessional experience

We purchased a €600 steamer through MediaMarkt from Innovational BV, and it arrived broken. Both companies refused to refund or replace it. There was no response to emails, and phone customer service was extremely poor. We spent €600 on a product we cannot use or return. Strongly recommend avoiding both companies and do not buy Steam one products. Also media market didn’t publish our review, as they publish only 5 star reviews.
