I can take my doggos into the fields and I don’t have to worry about uneven terrain. Superb quality and it enabled me to take my pups on many adventures.

I have been looking for some kind of trailer in which to transport my ageing dog. I reached out to the customer service team, as I liked one of their products, but would like to pull it on foot, rather than by bicycle. The team were very quick to reply, and, although they couldn't help with my dilemma, they suggested a link to other products.
They were very friendly, very helpful, and I just wish that their product suited me!

I highly recommend the innopets after sales and replacement of parts . This is my experience.
I had to.replace the back wheels of my innopet sporty delux . No fault of the dog buggie but after removing them I forgot to.put them in my car and ran over them!!. This was over the festive season .innopet replied to my email the Friday after new year and directed me to the right area of their web site and had new wheels by very early the next week. Brilliant service. Thank you. So glad I brought an Innopet.

I made an enquiry about a broken part on my Innopet Buggy and even though I had purchased the buggy second hand, the Customer Service was excellent with very quick responses, friendly and very helpful. I spoke to several people but Chantal went above and beyond to ensure my buggy was usable again and she sent me some new wheels which arrived in less than 48 hours. You cant get better service than that. I would highly recommend this business and thank you Chantal. Merry Christmas

Customer service excellence
We bought the adventure buggy about a year ago. We like it as it has made us much more flexible and mobile in shopping centres, towns and cities, as well as on longer hikes.
We had an issues with one of the wheels, and received very good assistance. Communication was easy and the resolution very satisfactory

My Innopet Sport Revolution's front…
My Innopet Sport Revolution's front wheel snapped off
This is a secondary pram to our Dutch doggy which we use when we need a smaller one so it's not used all the time
I contacted Innopet to buy a replacement but in the meantime sourced one in the U.K. my husband then told me it had a 2 year guarantee.
I re-contacted them to ask for a replacement under warranty. I sent all the relevant information requested
Chantal informed me that the pin had snapped due to wear and tear and rust and wouldn't be covered under warranty. What they were actually looking at was oil marks not rust and the pram is only used intermittently as we have a Dutch doggy for everyday use
I sent an email to that effect and told them their customer service was appalling - no answer
They then had the nerve to send me a survey - in Dutch!!!
Their products clearly are not made to last - even if we did use this everyday, I expect it to at least last the warranty period and the part that has snapped is encased within the wheel connection so not sure how it could be wear and tear. It is a thick metal pin!
Obviously going forward we won't touch this company again. They're an absolute disgrace - these prams are not cheap and are not made to last
Delighted with my rough terrain buggy.
Delighted with my rough terrain buggy. I already had a, 'pavement', buggy but this one is in a different class. My elderly Jack Russell loved it until the day she died a few months ago. It meant I could take her out on walks with my other dogs on a good day for me instead of having to leave her behind. I am disabled and so use the buggy as a walking aid for me too. It is very sturdy and robust and I feel very safe walking like this. I now use it for my two tiny Yorkies, one of whom isn't keen on walking and his Mum who is very elderly. We can be as active as possible, given my needs, all together. This buggy has, quite literally, changed our lives.

Replacement of Damaged Frame
Such an efficient service on the replacement of a frame for the stroller. Such a pleasure to deal with you and a company who cared and showed outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills. It is very rare these days to find a company who go over and above the call of duty and you certainly did. Well done and thank you.

My son purchased a stroller from Amazon,as a gift as my dog was getting close to needing one,unfortunately she died so I couldn’t use at the time,my other dog started to need the stroller so I unpacked the stroller to find a very important piece missing.The box had been sealed and I didn’t open the box except to check it was the actual item I ordered when it first came.
The Amazon shop has now closed and Amazon advised me to contact innopet directly.
The stroller is unusable without the part but innopet at first said it was out of stock and it would be 3 months before back in stock,then said they had found one but I would have to pay £27 postage.
I think this is unfair,clearly the missing part was missing at the point of packaging in the factory.
I refuse to pay the £27 so will be left with an unused stroller that I can’t return.
