Order never delivered
Put in an order, their website claim 3-5 business days delivery to Norway. It's now been a month, and I still don't have my order. I've sent them two emails, but I haven't gotten any reply. I've now sent a new email and requested a refund, but who knows if they'll reply to that.
Update: I got a reply and I will get a refund. They're blaming DHL, saying that they got the same order delivered back twice. They didn't inform me before I emailed them, so not sure how much I trust that. And when I got the refund email the shipping fee is not refunded. I would avoid this company, they do not seem serious.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had with your order and for the frustration caused by the long delay and lack of communication. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your order was shipped and received by DHL, but unfortunately, the parcel was misrouted and marked as “Delivered by self-collection” in their system. We immediately opened a case with DHL to locate the package, which was eventually returned to us. We then sent it out again, but unfortunately, DHL encountered further delivery issues on the second attempt as well.
We completely understand how disappointing this has been. We have made a full refund, including the shipping fee. We’re also reviewing our internal routines and communication procedures to ensure that situations like this are handled more proactively and that this never happens again.
