I needed a crossfader for a Numark NV, and after contacting Numark directly was referred to Inmusic. They were efficient, courteous and friendly, and after opening an order over the phone I received the part a day later. Very happy with the service and can recommend them with ease.

I bought a product from their M-AUDIO brand which didn't work with the most recent version of MacOS on release.
Customer service doesn't know when it will be working and had no help other than 'roll back your OS' - ridiculous considering this product was released AFTER the version of MacOS I'm on. It's like shipping a website that only works if you have flash player.

after the service team pulled of a scam fon 230 pounds,with a so called new and working replacment cd drive (the only one available in the whole of europe,um i wonder)any how we can let you have it for 230pounds.plus internatinal courier to europe about 260 quid all in.
Thay send out a unit that wont read a disc!
