Dissappointed
Everything was fine with my first color ink cartridge but the next 2 don’t work right. A color is missing and making my prints off. It’s awful. I went to Office Depot to buy my ink. It’s back to working. Wasted money. I still have another cartridge in the box I can’t use

Service and delivery time were great. Got just exactly what I ordered for much less than OEM cartridges and they arrived in fine physical condition. I can't say anything about the quality of the cartridges themselves, though, because I haven't used them yet. They were bought for backup.

I’d give this a negative star if I could
I’d give this a negative star if I could. Bought 2 cartridges didn’t even fit the printer after it listed the model and several others. Would’ve returned it but didn’t want to waste my time repackaging and having to ship.
