I ordered Tattoos on December 25th, 2025. It was the 13th, and I still had not received any tracking number, I was pissed. I reached out to customer service and within 30 minutes I had a new order with two free extra tattoos. The customer service is unmatched!!

I've ordered a few of these tattoos over Christmas and the shipment got lost. After reaching out, they offered to resend the lot with some amazing extras to make up for the carrier mishandling the package. Great customer service and follow up via email!

I love the tattoo designs they have, as well as the time it stays on. I bought some and it lasted me 2 almost 3 weeks.

My package got lost, so they send me pretty quick a solution and an apology. Really friendly, they now send me the another one and I don't have to pay. I can definitely recommend buying there. (I couldnt test the product itself cause I'm waiting for it.) But the service is great, definitely 5stars

I ordered during Black Friday and received a great price and picked up the reduced price for extra tattoos. I tried a small tattoo as a test and it turned out well. I was going to play a joke on my sister by going to the beach with a large tattoo on my chest I had given her a hard time years ago when she got a tattoo. I shaved half of my chest to apply the tattoo for my trip to FL...the tattoo barely materialized after 48 hours and simply looks like a grey dirty smudge on my chest. April refunded half the cost I paid for my tattoos but I have little confidence in shaving another part of my body to get the same results I did this time around. Inkon did reply quickly to my inquiry.

I ordered 2 tattoo's from Inkon, but they had not delivered after over a week. I reached out to the company and they quickly responded that it was most likely lost by the carrier. The offered to re-send with 2 additional tattoo's of my choosing. Now THAT'S quality customer service! We all know things like this can happen in business, but the quick and honest response was definitely appreciated. Hoping to receive them soon.

Not only is this a great product, but the understanding of the team was great. I was unable to track my shipment and nothing seemed to be moving for about a week. I let the company know and April responded offering to reship the order. Luckily for me the package arrived the next day. She was kind and understanding and I appreciate her thoughtfulness.

Ordered some tattoos for my girls late December. Never got a shipping update. Emailed the Inkon team on Jan 7th and got a response in less than 2 hours. Not only did they re-ship my order free of charge but also gave me 2 FREE items. Amazing team behind the curtains and even better response time. Thank you Mrs. Mary! Even if the items aren't satisfactory, I'll definetly hold the Inkon brand in high regards.
