I bought the inkbird IBBQ-4T and i love it ! But it start having issue with the wifi connection and i coulnd connect it anymore ... But then i've write to the customer service and they sent me an other one for free right away !!! The service is out of this world ! I will trust this compagnie again for sure !

Completely useless Grill Thermometer IBBQ-4BW and the Inkbird app
Just to express a word of caution for potential buyers of Inkbird offerings - stay away from their stuff! They make pretty good hardware, which ironically cannot be used because their software engineers have no clue how to design reliably working software. I have now two units, which are completely useless due to that. I am in contact with their customer support but after half a year I decided to stop being their beta tester !!! You have been warned!!!
And do not believe the ir own website reviews - they remove the bad ones faster than you can say word INKBIRD ...

Easy temp and humidity CONTROL
Great communication, fast delivery if in stock, and I can highly recommend the IHC-200-WiFi U.K. and the iTC-308-WiFi U.K. for easy and accurate temperature and Humidity control, from anywhere, anytime, just open the app and hey presto. I've used them for 3 months and love em so much, i've even ordered another pair!!!

The only reasonable controller I found…
The only reasonable controller I found that has such a wide temperature and power range! Easy to program, just for heaters on/off, or even by time of day. Solid design for housing and cables.
Note that the controller switches heat ON with the (default) margin (1C/2F) BELOW the set point, and turns OFF AT the setpoint!

Disappointment abounds
I was very disappointed at the amount of time it took to receive my unit. The order was made on 8/31 and it was not received until 9/14. It took 13 days just to start moving out of the Mableton, Georgia store. That doesn't sound very customer oriented to me.

Worthless guarantee
Thermostat stopped working after 10 months but Inkbird will not honour the one year manufacturers guarantee as they did not supply the item direct to us. The supplier also would not honour the guarantee as they stated it is a 'manufacturers guarantee'.

I am not sure what I am replying to since this is all in German, I think it is the pond remote thermometer. If so, I like it a lot, and even given it to my pool association on loan so they can buy one, since they never seem to know the temperature of the pool water...
