One of the best websites around, anywhere. Fast shipping, excellent communications / refund policy on the very rare occasions I’ve had issues with a product.

I placed an order for multiple items, including one that was marked "in stock" but turned out not to be available. At first, I thought my email about waiting for it to come back in stock was ignored, but I later saw that they had replied. While I was disappointed that the item wasn’t available, I appreciate that they refunded me and did respond to my message. It would’ve been great if the stock status had been accurate from the start, but I’m glad they handled it in the end.

Whether posting within Ireland or abroad, always ships fast and accurately. Huge, well-priced selection of respected brands.

I really must commend Irish Pharmacy. I received an incorrect product and I received a full refund. I didn't ask for a refund or expect to receive it but the amount was fully refunded. Very much appreciated this gesture and I will use this service again.

Extremely fast delivery. I placed my order on Monday 11th September and it was delivered Tuesday 12th September that's the quickest i have received anything by post and their items is a lot cheaper than other online companies. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered 6x Lutein Omega 3 for AMD 60 Capsules(Order #IPY1081237) for my elderly father. He informed me of the very short best before date on this medication particularly when we ordered 6 packs. We were wondering if we could exchange these for same with a longer best before date.
Response: This product has 7 months expiry left as it expires end of March 2025. We are sorry we do not have any stock available with a longer shelf life. If you wish to return some of the packs for a refund then please send them to Inish Pharmacy.
This is at our expense. 7 months is a very short best before date particularly when we bought a year supply of this medication. One would think it at least helpful if there was a check/notification of the very short expiration date when ordering. Caveat emptor!

I ordered on a Friday and my order was dispatched the same day. Order was delivered Saturday morning. Great price for the supplement I get, which is usually a very high price everywhere else. Will continue purchasing from Inish Pharamcy.

I was sent the wrong product twice. They then lied about a change of packaging, and I was told to send the package back at my own expense. Don't trust them or waste your money!
