Something should be done about this service, on the website it says 25 to 30 working days to get it done, but nothing for month/s, email is not replied, some people are without jobs and need their gnib, some want to go home, the year is bad enough to keep students frustrated. I think it is right for the appropriate authorities to look into this. The waiting is too long.
