Fraudulence!!!!!

Please don't buy from this company no matter what. Worst experience ever. They delivered the wrong product, cheapest material and wrong colour. Spent $78 for a product that is not worth $5. They are fraud.

Worst experience ever: products only partly delivered, extremely poor quality, arrogant customer support dialog, all money lost. This company is fraud

This is the worst company ever!!! They steal your money and dispatch you something different that you will never like and don't need! They are not ready to refund you, just a voucher of 9$ for the next purchase. Never, never again!

after i wrote my bad review more than a month ago

I have received from an email that they will give me coupon voucher instead of cash refund
I accepted because this is the only option to get my money back
I tried to use the coupon with no success. they provided me with valid number (not useful) along with bad treatment and response (back and forth emails for a month!) then I have received emails that my coupon has been used !!

If I didn't not buy any thing and wont be able to use .. how is it used !!

they said this 3 times over 3 emails with no support document that its used !!

GUYS BE carful you will not ever never get your refund and for sure you will receive bas and wrong items

I also had the same experience that other have had with this site.... the items that I purchased were received in 3 packages --3 months and 5 months(!) after ordering and were NOTHING like the pictured items that I thought I was purchasing. The fabric colors and design of the items were totally different-- once I thought I received the package in error bc it was so different...
I also have photos & will find somewhere that I can post them in a review....
This was my first & absolutely last time purchasing from this site.... shop domestically.

Horrible company. Product is cheap and when THEY sent a wrong item they refused to refund, remedy or pay for me to ship it back to them.

If I could give ININRUBY a negative 1000 stars, I would do so in haste! The items that I ordered were represented falsely in advertising. What I received was totally different than what I ordered. The items I received were poorly made and full of flaws. One of the items wasn't even the same color as the item I ordered! It was irregular and though the tag said small, it was more like a large. Terrible place to order from. I wish I could add photos to this review for you to see. You would be horrified! I am so disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered my clothes a 2 months ago, only received I item. It is not possible to reach customer service- it simply not letting you in. So basically there is no customer service!!! If your item never came it’s your problem! I do not recommend this site!!!

Absolute garbage. I spent $95 on this disgusting website to receive a low quality jacket that I could’ve bought for $.15 at the DI. Completely different than the description in my shopping cart. This is the most fraudulent company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They are absolutely disgusting and nothing but con artists. May they receive the karma they deserve.

I rarely buy new clothes but I fell in love with the ininruby Bohemian jacket. I paid nearly $50 for the jacket and ended up receiving an ugly jacket which was nothing like the original picture with loose threads. I have written approximately 5 times explaining the situation and sending pictures and have not received a refund or the correct jacket. I feel that I was scammed.

Ordered an item over 2 months ago and haven't received it yet.

I ordered 6 items in January 2021, so far I have only received one of six. I spent $146.39. I received no information from them on my order. How can you get a 30-day Satisfaction guarantee with Money Back when you don’t get any of your items. They really bad reviews, sorry I didn’t read them before I spent my money.
