I bought a bercelona chair. The quality was absolutly rubbish. Temu quality at 5 times the price

No communication after purchase confirmation, had to chase after 10 days.
Delivery was a disaster. Turns out they only deliver on pallet to curbside, this was not made clear at purchase.
Delivery driver was useless. I had to get someone else to unload and bring to house.
Customer service was no help at all.

What I ordered arrived. That's good service.

No contact for over a week despite several attempts to get in touch. When I finally heard from someone service was great however the wrong item was sent - this was quickly rectified and I'm very happy with the product, it just took a lot longer to get than advertised.

Purchased a desk for personal use. The desk is very sturdy and feels high quality and like it will be durable, so no complaints there. It was well-packaged and thus arrived in perfect condition. The one thing that could have been better however was the communication around delivery. I didn't receive any dispatch or shipping updates, no estimated delivery date or a notice to say "your item will be delivered tomorrow" or similar. As such I was a bit taken aback when I received, out of the blue, a call during the middle of a work Zoom meeting from the delivery van driver, who said he was nearing my address but needed some directions. I had to abort my meeting to direct the driver and meet him outside to let him in. Usually when I place an order there is at least some advance notice of when the item will be delivered, and I would have appreciated it if that had been the case here. Not sure if this was due to In-house or the delivery company, but perhaps something to be looked into.

This would be a 5-Star rating, but the delivery aspect of service was below acceptable.

My order arrived at my home being dragged, box ripped and part of furniture exposed and later found to be scratched. The deliverer complained that they picked up the item as I see it and how upset he is that they would give him furniture n a problem/damaged box, one he could not even lift.

I called IN-HOUSE, and we mutually decided on a proper settlement so I would not have to wait for another new item to be sent. I feel that the settlement was respectful and fair.

I will still do business with IN-HOUSE based on the way they took care of the issue instantly after taking my call.

Really nice desk. Exactly as it appeared on the website. Good quality and sturdy. The website said it would be delivered within a month and it was. My delivery was delayed by a day but as soon as I rang the team they were on it, apologised and sorted out an alternative slot the day after. Thanks.

Desk is very good. Build quality good too. Office style chair is better than expected. Very comfortable

We bought the J1 and are really happy with it : it is a game changer when working from home.
The chair is really comfy and has a nice design in white.

You might get the chair in preassembled like I did . You can request for a DIY structure of packaging if you want .

From start to finish the service and experience was amazing. They had great choice a desks and chairs for different requirements, I required a new desk and chair for a home office.
