Initially great but then shocked by arrival
The company's initial communication was great.
Once I had paid for the item the communication seemed non existent, not even a tracking number provided for the item.
What I am shocked about is that this £425 item came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plain cardboard box
No box for the actual item and no instructions or guidance.
I think this needs to be looked into for future purchases.

V2 SLS Camera
Bought the V2 SLS camera as an upgrade to my V1. Comes as a complete package, so just had to put it together and begin using it. I had a few teething problems at the start but got plenty of help from Andy at Infraready. The system is now working great, and I am looking forward to our next ghost hunt and trying out the new camera.

Hi. Your order was marked complete on 2nd, one day after payment. You may well have overlooked the email confirmation, maybe check your junk folder. Customers usually reach out via email to confirm delivery or request tracking information, not sure why you have chosen to use trustpilot other than to tarnish my good reputation! I have checked the tracking number (which you should also have received via email) that is showing delivery was attempted on the 8th (yesterday, prior to you choosing to contact me via trustpilot!!!). Anyway, although I find it disappointing, I can’t change your actions but please be more patient in future when leaving small companies that rely on good feedback average reviews for no reason. I’m guessing you may well update your review to 1 star, if that makes you feel better then go ahead. Finally, here is your tracking number once again. RN871711235GB from which you’ll see the item left the UK on 2nd and delivery was attempted in the US on 8th. 3 star service for the best ITC device available!!!!

Fantastic experience, ordered over email through website directly with Andy, a date and invoice time was agreed and that’s exactly what happened, a few weeks later the confirmation was made that the item was ready and order was to be paid and complete and I did so through PayPal, fantastic experience, already ordered our next piece of equipment from infraready :)
