I manage a business account with Infomaniak and have experienced multiple issues with their platform access and customer support. My recent experience has been particularly frustrating:

1. Authentication Problems:
- Existing authenticator suddenly stopped working after an update
- Forced to download their proprietary app for verification
- Verification process failed after a full day of waiting
- Had to restart the entire process with a new photo

2. Customer Service Issues:
- Support team is slow to respond
- Limited availability
- Unhelpful interactions when available
- Built-in help feature is ineffective

3. Business Impact:
- Multiple instances of being locked out of our account
- Significant delays in our work processes
- No reasonable explanation for extended verification delays
- Second time experiencing unnecessary account access restrictions

While their features might be decent, the platform's security measures are overly restrictive and the support infrastructure is inadequate for a business service provider. The lack of efficient customer service and unnecessarily complex verification processes make it difficult to recommend Infomaniak for business use.

Excellent support (per email), detailled and well structured

Infomaniak instills trust. I feel confident that my personal information and data are being handled appropriately. As a consumer, I find KSuite has everything I need to run a personal office, and all components are laid out in an intuitive manner. I've employed their service for almost a year now, and have only had to contact support once! Support's response was speedy and concise, and my issue was resolved with that first email. These days, that is not common. It is really important to me that a service is professional in every regard, and if I have a problem, I KNOW I will get the help I need.

The email provider is the best alternative at the moment to gmail, at least among the ones that I know.
They offer more free space than protonmail and tutanota, it is possible to search among previous messages, there is online drive and the support looks pretty good. Please keep going like this.

I cannot recommend Infomaniak highly enough! I have been a customer for almost 10 years now. Not once have I had a failure or serious complaint to make about their email, webhosting or cloud storage. The few times where I did have problems or questions, their service was friendly and quick in responding.
