Good overall

Inflatables came in great condition and delivery was to a good atandard,. Did have one problem with one of the inflatables but was fixed with Vinyl repair. Overall a good standard

Inflatable Dinosaur

My kids absolutely loved the inflatable dinosaurs for their birthday. Speedily delivery and well packaged.

No updates on my order what-so-ever

Update on December 4th: I just got a notification from Paypal saying that I received a refund. Does this mean I will not be receiving my order afterall?

Update on December 4th: Please send me the tracking number via email (my email address is in my order #1036) as I want to track the order that you said you have shipped. My order has a cow and a t-rex. The fact that you don't know what is in my order is very concerning. If you are resending my order, please use a reputable courier with express shipping that has a tracking number.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I don't understand why my email was never responded and why I only get responses when I complain here on Trustpilot. Correction on my previous comment: I placed my order on October 15th.

Update on December 4th: I still have not received a tracking number and my order is no where to be seen. On my order page, there are no updates on my order status since my order was placed on October 28th. My order is needed for a party to be held on Decmeber 10th. It is December 4th today and I doubt I will receive my order on time. I want a refund!!!

Update on November 26th: May I please have the tracking number? I still have not received my order. If my order still hasn't been sent, please give me a refund.

I placed my order on October 15th, 2019 and today is November 6th, 2019 and I still have not received any confirmation on whether my order has been shipped or not. I sent an email inquiring about my order on October 28th, 2019 but have never heard back.

If my order is not being shipped, please give me a refund.

Update 4th December 10.52am: Upon checking your delivery address I can see you are in Hong Kong. We are a UK company and do not offer tracked post to HK. The original order was sent via our postal service Royal Mail. Please do check with your local courier to see if they are holding a parcel for you. In the meantime I have refunded your order in full.

Update 4th December 10.49pm: Your emails have not been reaching us sorry. Hence why are responding here. It also helps to show that we are a transparent company who take our customer complaints seriously. We corresponded your order with the purchase date you provided, which is why we thought your purchase was a Raptor. Now we know the order we will get it sent to you via tracked mail immediately. Your tracking code will be sent to you privately shortly.

December 4th 10am: Again your messages have not been reaching us. Your order was dispatched as promised. Please let us send another in the hope that this time it reaches you. Please report back to us before Friday, as we expect it to be with you tomorrow.

Can I just check that it was for a Velociraptor?

Orderd an inflatable giraffe few weeks…

Orderd an inflatable giraffe few weeks ago now, contacted them several times to ask where it is, keep being fobbed off. Then was told would be arriving on the day I contacted them. No sign off it, certainly won't be using them again.

Kate was very sympathetic and helpful with her email and eased the disappointment of the order not arriving in time for me to use it. This was not the fault of Inflates UK. I am appreciative of the attempt to speed the order up. Thank you Kate.

I emailed customer service in regards…

I emailed customer service in regards to where my parcel is and no response. Also you can not track your parcel. It was been giving me the same information for about a week now in the ‘track my Order’ site.

Thanks so much for your feedback. If you see our Delivery information page it states that delivery to Europe can take up to 8 days. Your order was shipped on October 7th. Therefore please allow until October 15th for delivery. If it has still not been received by then please do get back in touch.

We are offering tracked delivery from next week on our site so you will be able to choose this option in future when placing orders. Thanks again for your feedback. I hope this has helped.

Rhino arrived instead of horse!

Hi,
I ordered an inflatable horse for a party, it arrived quickly however the parcel that arrived was a blow up rhino instead! Nice quality but not what I ordered!

Rapid processing and delivery but sent 20" penguin when requezted 36". Feel letdown.
