I have been using inflact free services for a long time and this time i wanted to try the paid subscription as I need bulk download of my profile. Not only their responded immedialy as i was having problem with payment method ... they also helped me with the entire process of how to do it . Their support team is excellent "Lola was very helpful and very patient the entire time and answerd all my quiries and helped me with my issue.. thank you"

My Instagram account has been hacked and I was really upset about losing my archive. I downloaded all my content thanks to Inflact. It was very easy and quick.

Can I give less than one star? They charged my card after I gave them my Instagram account, but didn't provide me any services because they said my account was not authorized since I didn't click a button on their site AFTER I paid and was given the impression the purchase process was complete. Rather than send me an email stating I needed to complete a sign-up process, I received no email from them. When I received nothing 2 months later and wondered why, they refused to issue me a full refund. They should not have charged me a penny if they were unable to provide me a service. This company's actions communicate that they are there to make their payday, not to serve the customer. There are tons of companies that provide the same service - why not choose one that doesn't take small business owners' hard earned money and provide nothing in return. If I received no services, I shouldn't have been charged. If I want a refund and you didn't give me anything, you should refund me. Its really that simple. Update: They said they'll make sure it doesn't happen again. I want a refund, its immaterial to me whether it happens again? Give me my refund.

Really liked how easy of a tool inflict was to navigate and utilize. Helped me think about our side of the box in selecting hashtags as well as gave all the right information needed to make the decisions on what hashtags would be best used.

I used the profile download service to back up all of my posts (over 2,000) when I was done I contacted them and they were so quick and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend.

I have no sympathy for the bad reviews from inflact, formerly Ingramer. We have been using the service for over a year now and are thrilled. From the possibility of the service itself and, last but not least, from the outstanding service. We were able to build up a very relevant target group and are now on the way to 10k. Everything organic, everything relevant. We will remain loyal customers and can recommend the service to others. If you are too stupid to make the settings correctly, you shouldn't give a bad rating afterwards, but rather ask yourself whether everything is going right for you.

Just getting things set up here, however have had several conversations with a few of the support team. They are incredibly patient and understanding, and more than happy to offer all sorts of assistance :)

Nothing more than a scam company.
Never subscribed, stole my credit card and email from my bank account. Until today waiting that they solve this situation.
Unacceptable behaviour

I’m not completely computer illiterate. I like to think I’m pretty savvy actually! I run a 7 fig business and deal with easy tech stuff all the time. When it came to installing the VPN on my phone I was completely lost. I was trying to nurse a 2 month old baby while trying to figure out why my IG got shut down, so I was sort of frustrated to be quite honest. Molly was amazing. Walked me through the process step by step and was patient the whole time. It was actually pretty simple looking back - but i definitely needed some guidance and patience! Thank you Molly!

Just Starting and the team seems really helpful. Lola is great in terms of her customer service. I hope that the service continues to prove useful. I'll probably be back to post again as I continue to use the service more.

Worked the first week of subscription. Never worked in the next 6 months after the first week.

Support team very reactive and friendly.

I currently am just using the hashtag generator and so far it's been very smooth and customer service was very helpful when I had issues with my account early on.

Hoping to use the hashtag generator service to help gain followers by smarter hashtag targeting and then maybe will expand my services with Ingramer from there. :)

We always use their Hashtag Generator tool in researching hashtags for our organic posts. It helps a lot with increasing the engagement for the posts on Instagram.
