The customer service is bad. You just don't get the help you need even when you are stuck on gamebreaking bugs. Last year and this year the big update .5 just breaks the game and doesn't live up to the expectations.
They don't really give compensation for the game not working and you then missing out on daillies in the game. Basicly just suck it up.
Infinity Nikki is a nice game, when it works, but there is to often bugs or just things not being complete when the update rolls out.

Worst customer service attitude staff ever! No respect to eu nationality customer or people who spend money on the games! Not solving problem either. Multiple incidents made me write this

Money hungry, shady and not worthy of your time. AVOID this company like the plague. You will have your money stolen and when you try to review their customer service, they actually force you to give them a 5 star... this is SUPER ILLEGAL. We are in AMERICA you can't just take away out first amendment rights to free speech!!!! They BLANTALY ignore their player base. Give us loads of FALSE promises they NEVER DELIVER ON. Their game is NOT compatible with Windows.... it literally black screens HALF the time I try to log on and all they say is well you should uninstall the update???? NO. FIX YOUR BACKEND CODE YOU FOOLS! Stop blaming OTHERS for your own INADEQUACIES. Hire better coders, yours are LAUGHABLY BAD. Been gaming for 30+ YEARS and have NEVER encountered this level of stupidity and downright disrespect from a company!

Infold is a very greedy gacha game company. They treat their players like babies and constantly ignore them because they have a monopoly on girly games for adults.

Greedy company, that claims to listen to the players, but in actuality ignores the plethora of reasons that the community is boycotting now like- the increased pity from 200 to 220, the retcon, scummy false discounts and many others.

Infinity Nikki is a gacha (gambling) video game released by Papergames, a Chinese company. While the game is free, Papergames is controversial for the high prices they charge for in-game transactions, upwards of $100+ for a single full cosmetic item.

Furthermore, their staff members on social media (e.g. "Discord") heavily censor players, with Papergames staff members explicitly threatening users for posting messages that question parts of the game.

For these reasons, while Infinity Nikki is a legitimate downloadable video game, Papergames is not a reputable company, and should not be fully trusted.
