I ordered 4 items xxl size. But received only three and of different sizes: xxl, xxxl, 5xl. One was missing. Unreasonable high price for such a very low quality.

I like my sweater. The shipping process needs huge improvement. I waited about three weeks. The sweater is a little long for a small, and why is there no maker’s label in it?

Horrible quality! Tried to return the item and they will let you exchange for 50% another item. It took 2 weeks to get the the first shirt. Do not buy from this company

I'd give them zero stars of I could. Asked that my order be cancelled THE day I ordered since it was going to arrive well after xmas. Order didn't say how long it would take until after I ordered. Red flag I missed. I wrote to customer service and they promptly wrote back saying they would credit my account and cancel the order. Cut to: 3 weeks later, I received this absolutely HORRIBLE looking/feeling jacket along with the charge and a return to China costs me twice what the jacket cost.

The jacket we ordered was horrible quality and didn’t look anything like the product advertised… and when trying to return there were multiple emails that read unable to deliver… hmmm… do not purchase from here..: you won’t be able to return or exchange unless you wanna spend $160 to send it back.

Addition: I got your email… but it gets returned to back to sender… says it’s an invalid email… if this is Emma we do not want another jacket… we would like a full refund please

The jacket was POORLY made! For $75 I thought it was going to look like the pictures and it absolutely did not.. they offer refunds, but you have to send it back to China and you are responsible for the shipping... They are quick to respond, which was great. After some back and forth they offered a 60% refund. The jacket definitely wasn't worth 30 but I guess it will suffice. The sweater that was sent was great! A little scratchy, but actually looked like the photo. Took about 3 weeks to arrive

The jacket is terrible quality, colors were very off from the images on the website and the liner was ripped. When I contacted for a return they asked for photos and their spam filter rejected my photo attachment

I ordered a flannel jacket. It’s not even real flannel, it’s just a pattern that’s printed on some crappy fabric. They know they’re ripping people off. There are no tags with the brand name on it or anything.

Been 45 days still no jacket feels more and more like i got scammed

Bought a "velvet" jacket and was given a faux Leather jacket that looks like a dollar store jacket do not buy from this garbage

They are a scam. I had an order ready and was still wondering if I wanted to even purchase the order. Instead of asking me what card I wanted to use or what shipping I wanted, I hit 'next' thinking that is when that process would begin. They charged my card that google had stored. I emailed their 'customer service' email. Told them I was uncomfortable and wanted the transaction canceled. They replied 'we'll get back to you' and blocked my email. They have a phony non existent phone number attached to their business and needless to say my stuff has not shown up and will not.

After receiving a leather jacket that smelled like rotten fish and after numerous emails to the company I was told to dry clean it at my expense. Then I placed a bad review and Emma from infinity loyal said that she would send a replacement leather jacket. That was many days ago and still no shipment notice. When I tried to get in touch via email I got no response or my emails were blocked saying that it contained a virus or spam.Can infinity loyal please contact me and let me know what is happening with the replacement leather jacket. Update. I received the new leather jacket and it smelled like rotten fish like the first jacket. I asked for a refund and they only offered a 40 % refund or I could ship it back at My Cost!! Total rip off. Don't buy from this company based in China

I ordered a pair of jeans off the site (order#IY13839)
After a couple weeks I received a pair of jeans, but not what I had ordered. They were not even the same color or style! Couldnt even talk to a real person, had to leave a message.... We will see
Needless to say, I will not be purchasing again!

Even after their response to my review, they still have not reached out to me to fix the order!

This feel's like a joke. I thought this company was a total scam and was planning on filling a claim with my credit card company. After 2-3 weeks and wanted to know where my order was, one shirt... The email address listed bounces back, and there is no phone number. Zero customer support. Nothing. Funny the shirt actually showed up about 45 days after i placed the order. However, it was too small and since they have no customer support I could not return or exchange it.

Love my new sunglasses . Great protection for my eyes and get so so many compliments . Very well made ❤️

It was my first purchase with this company. I took a chance & loved it! Buy a sweater that was exactly as advertised. So I bought another!
