Withdrawal request was rejected without clear explanation why. At the same point my funded account was banned. I always stick to their rulses.

I wrote a lot with the support team but they didn't provide any evidence how they came to the conclusion that I used trade copying in an inapproriate way.

Better stay away form this firm.

Blocked my account saying Consistency rule breach but actually it is not

Infinity Forex funds removed my Account without proper reason.

Below are my details,

Account 88990186
Trading duration 22nd may 2024 to 12th Aug 2024
Total Lots 25.32 lots Requested Profit $238
Total Trades 128
33% of Requested Profit $ 78.54

Average Lots - 0.1978125 Max profit from single trades (my Account) - $44.70 So here 33% rule also within the range.

25% of Average lot 0.0494531 Lower range
200% of Average lot 0.395625 Higher range

My account range 0.15 to 0.21
So Volume Consistency is within the range

My Account obeys both 33% consistency rule and Volume consistency rule.

After sending multiple mail, there is no proper explanation from IFF. I am really fed up with this Prop firms.

Shocking - Never go with them

After they migrated to a new platform, I tested it with two very short trades of a few seconds each. Then I noticed my overall balance had dropped by over 10%! Enquiring why, the response said it was due to slippage. Ha! Slippage! Infinity's own rules don't allow more than 5% drop in one day but their slippage from just two trades resulted in a 10% loss. They didn't even wish to investigate. It wasn't due to slippage. It was due to Infinity being absolute clowns.

From personnel experience to experience i know from other people this prop firm
Is utterly terrible. Making up rules as they go along, denying payouts i could go on. Avoid like the plague as they are only here to take your money and disappoint you. Shambles of a prop firm

i buy 2 phase algo

i buy 2 phase algo. after i pass with HFT and Play with EA, infinity think to migrate to other platform. they dont write when start migrated. when it start i can't close my position. when they start migrated i have -150USD when they close manual my position i have -350USD. support not write why i can't close by myself. earlier i have mt4 platform and i buy EA for this. after migrated i can't copy from this EA( individual setting and only work on infinity) because this is break violation.
