Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They are not an Australian company. Clothing is sent from China.
Ordered the plus size floor length dress and it was very small (I’m Australia size 20 clothes so should have fit nicely).
The real kick from this company is their customer service. They kept email to convince me to keep the dress. Took 3 times of me requesting refund to their reply. They only have returns available via UK or US and the postage cost is huge and has to be tracked with detail provided to them as well as many criteria.
Waiting to see if I get any money back at this point.
