Very welcoming on the live stream, lovely experience, package came very quick and everything protected.

I pre-ordered an item back in July 2025 for £48.99. I received no updates on the item at all. By January/February all other online retailers seemed to have the item in stock. Still no update. Then no replies to 2/3 emails. I then requested the order be cancelled, which they did, but they never paid my £48.99 back. There's no phone number on the site and all emails are simply ignored. I had to call my bank last night for them to investigate and temporarily pay my £48.99 back. I hope to hear in the next 5 weeks if my bank has been successful in retrieving the money from these utter fraudulent shysters. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

On 29 May 2024 I ordered the following from you:
Iron Studios DC Comics Raven 1/10 Art Scale Limited Edition Statue.I paid the full amount of £224.99 by paypal.The reference number for my order was #1489670. Figure was meant to be delivered November 2025.
I never got the figure and they don't respond to recorded delivery letters and to online contact form on their website, to get a refund...AVOID at all cost.
This supplier sells figures he doesn't have, take your money and deliver nothing!!!!

Ordered Xmas present via Shop app.
A stranger things repro cap.
Never arrived or updated on order.
Couldn't get through to company via app. Said company not listed.
Finally approached them via email but have not had any response.
Sent copy of URL to cyber crimes centre as I began to doubt companies validity, existence and concerns regarding security.
I've closed Shop account & sent final email to company website.
All I wanted was a refund.

I'll update if anything else transpires.
Judging by other reviews the company has traded online, just not with me apparently.

I purchased a preorder item on 5/2/2025 with an expected release date for July August 2025. I still haven't received the item and there has been no response from emails I have sent. I opened a dispute with Paypal but since it's been over 180 day they denied my claim. I didn't file sooner because I assumed the item wasn't released yet. There is no way I can find to open a dispute with this company from their website or a number to call.

Be very careful of this company, pre-ordered and paid for some items in November. These were for my Grandson for Xmas. I appreciate some were not in stock until just after Xmas but constantly ignoring emails when inquiring about my order. Would not recommend

Been waiting over a year for pre ordered items and no response and just get the same standard email response each time for the last 6 months and nothing else.
Very poor service!

Have been trying to get in touch re 2 orders- 1 is from December and is faulty, i have emailed more than 10 times & filled out the online form repeatedly and never gotten a response.
The other is for a pre-order i placed in Dec that still hasn't arrived but payment has been taken. No responses to ANY of my attempts at contacting, really really disappointed.

Terrible ordered from them October still not arrived by end of march. Messaged and no reply’s from customer service.

Don't trust/use this website. Stole my money and never even tried to dispatch my order. Kept telling me my order would be sent once they had stock, then just randomly cancelled my order without notification amd did not refun the money.

Fantastic seller, great products that are packaged well and sent quickly.

Everything as it should be. Great people to buy from, would recommend.
