For clarity, your order was placed on 2 March, processed within 1 working day, and collected by the courier on 4 March. The parcel arrived at the pickup point on 9 March and was collected on 10 March.
As our products are handmade, our standard timelines are 1–3 working days for order processing and 3–5 working days for courier delivery, which are outlined in our terms and conditions at checkout. Based on these timelines, your order was processed and delivered within the expected timeframe.
