very bad customer service

I bought a plug-in on adobe.com for photoshop, which is no longer sold there, and I contacted the plug-in manufacturer to gain access to it - unfortunately they referred me to Adobe. And the Adobe support service tells me to contact infinite-tools.com. I don't know what it's about, but it seems that the people from infinite-tools.com are big ignorant and they don't want to give you any help with the products they sell, and on their website they write that it doesn't matter where you bought it, we will help you, so now you see what kind of help you get from them - pathetic!
