⭐☆☆☆☆ Defective Product, Repeated Pump Failures, and Two Years of No Resolution

I purchased an Inergize cold plunge tub and it only worked for 11 months before I started having issues with the pump. What followed has been nearly two years of frustration and money wasted.

Here's the full breakdown:
— Replaced the water pump 3 times
— Replaced the vacuum pump once
— Have not been able to use this tub at all since July 2024

Back in 2024, each pump was around $120. I paid that. Repeatedly. The tub still never worked.

In 2024, Inergize's proposed solution was to have me purchase a replacement chiller for $2,000–$2,150 — which they offered as a discounted price for my inconvenience. I had already spent hundreds on replacement parts that didn't fix anything, and their answer was to spend thousands more.

Now in 2026 — nearly two years after I last used this tub — they have come back with one offer: buy the same vacuum pump for $300. The same part I already replaced in 2024 for $120. The same recurring problem that has never been resolved.

At no point has Inergize actually fixed the root problem. They have simply kept coming back asking me to spend more money on the same broken equipment.

If you are considering Inergize, please ask them in writing what their support process looks like when a product has repeated failures. Get it documented before you buy.

I am happy to update this review if Inergize makes this right. After two years, they have not.
