This quality pond liner arrived very quickly as promised, was a good price, and in addition a ‘lifetime guarantee!’. I would certainly recommend to a friend.

I purchased what was meant to be a product to seal our pond at a huge price because I believed it was going to do the job. I received the same product I had purchased elsewhere at 1/2 the cost. The label on the web site was different so hence my error. The gentleman at customer services has given me an address to return the item for a full refund for which I am grateful. I have sent the item back and am waiting for a refund - disappointing over all

customer service is very good at communicating, had a delivery issue but after a week it was sorted.

Excellent door mat- delivered very quickly. Really impressed.

The bag that the pond liner arrived in offered zero protection and was ripped. I will not know if the liner is compromised until I install it.

Only purchased my order on the 12th of April, so not received it yet. Website is good safe and secure, £10 delivery charge is expensive though.

Ordered paint it came but half the tin was missing, tried to contact them twice, no reply, don't use them there customer service is worse than 1 star

i ordered a table from them over 4 weeks ago, after 12 days i contacted them asking where it was as i was never provided a date for delivery or any tracking information. once i got a reply back they had said they would look into it and get back to me.
the next day i get an email saying that they were out of stock of the product and the one that had been sent to me had been damaged by the courier, thi left me a bit confused as why would the courier take the package back to them and say its damaged but oh well, so i said can you let me know when it is back in stock as i would really like this table they said yes. a few days later i have to email them again asking for an update as to when it is in stock, where they then tell me that ASP swift courier company had picked up my order and it will take 7-8 days to arrive (again no tracking information) so today i wake up on the 7th day thinking nice hopefully my table arrives today but the email provided to myself was in fact a refund for the table. at this point im really confused annoyed and all the rest i didnt request a refund i wanted the desk(no longer shows on their website) so i contact them once again and ask for the courier details to which i get a reply of "you have already been refunded" . so long story short dont order from this company they dont have customer service as you have to chase them for their mistakes etc the only good thing that will come out of this is the fact i will get my money back (in 7 working days)
