Wrong item dispatched to our site
Wrong item dispatched to our site. So far I've sent two follow up emails to try and rectify and get the right item dispatched. No response or acknowledgment received from IMS. Due to poor customer service/follow up, I could not recommend. On a plus note, the item was dispatched quickly just a shame it was the wrong item.
