Customer Service is Excellent
I ordered a basic KDP kit and a couple days after it arrived I realized I messed up and I should have ordered the Premium kit. If I am taking off the timing cover I might as well change the seal and gasket. Long story short I called customer service and talked to Corey and he helped me get things straight. He was very helpful and the phone call didn't take forever. If you are thinking of buying the KDP kit go ahead and get the premium one.

Bought my D/Fly injectors 2 years ago
Bought my injectors 2 years ago. One failed just before 2 year mark. I bought another to get my truck up and running. Thought I would get full credit based on my phone call to initiate a warranty reimbursement - but found out the D/FLY apparently only has a one year guarantee. Kind of messed me up on the finances as I also bought a stage one turbo. I had expected my $300 plus $125 core back. I ordered the turbo expecting the credit I was told I would get. Not mad, but disappointed.

Good quality pump. The website offers suggestions for other items needed and/or required. The square/D-ring should be on the site. I mistakenly assumed that the rebuilt pump would come with a new sealing ring.

You placed your order 12/26/24 at 10:16PM
We processed your order the very next day 12/27/24 and sent you an email that the item was not available and had an ETA of 3 business days before this product would ship.
When we received the product from the manufacturer 4 business days later (New Years delays shipments) We shipped it out on 1/3/25. You then received the product 2 business days later on the 1/7/25 as per UPS tracking.
We provided you all the information about the slight delay to the email you provided us when you placed the order. If you had any issues or concerns you could have responded to that email or even called us to help explain the situation better if needed.
