So far so good I called told them what I was doing and they had it in stock. Was sent to me here in central NYS. Took 7 business days in total. Now I can get the pistons to the machine shop so he can finish then my mechanic can put back together. Then I can give a true rating. But looks good so far.

Great Service
I bought two borg warner replacement turbos through a distributor of Industrial Injection for a 2015 f150 3.5 ecoboost. The right side failed around 800 miles, so I sent it in for warranty inspection. Initially my warranty was denied due to a contaminate in the oil port of a bearing collar. After further conversation with Steve from Industrial Injection and looking at the pictures of the teardown of the turbo, he offered to ship me another turbo on him. Thats the best news I've heard all day. Steve changed my opinion of Industrial Injection and they are lucky to have him. Way to help a customer. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

I have a 2007 Ford F 650 with a 5.9 Cummins ISB 215 hp.
I have been trying for years to get some horse power out of this thing with not much luck, I had the ECM reprogramed, fuel pressure booster, fuel pump, boost controller, etc.
I called Industrial Injection and talked to Preston about what I could do. He sold me a set of 25% over injectors, then transfered me over to Gavin in the turbo dept. He lined me out with a custom turbo HY35W-XR2.
When we were all said and done I could not believe the power!!!
I used to leave Grand Junction Co. grossing about 32,000 lbs and I would have to shift my ass off (13speed Fuller) to get to San Rafell Swells. This trip ,I set the cruise control and did not sift once all the way to the bottom of the Swells.
These guys are GREAT, the will help you with what ever you need!!!!!

It's a great product and my fuel…
It's a great product and my fuel mileage has increased by at least 2/10. Ever since we started using this about 3 years ago our injector problems have pretty much disappeared. Good price and timely delivery!

The time that they gave me was off way off first of all second of all the support team isn’t effective and doesn’t help with the questions I had aswell as charging me for something that will not matter to me and something I shouldn’t be paying for that is all I would recommend going somewhere else

Well after I ordered the tool kit to install injector cups in a ISX. I thought I should get some extra o-rings for the cups. So I tried to call back and get them to put them with the tool. Charged me $24 to ship the tool kit. Charged me $43 to ship 24 o-rings that cost $60 for the o-rings. No one was any help when I called back. But about the tool. It worked great on installing the cups.

Hello Andrew, We sent you an email the day you ordered it notifying you of a lead time to build the turbo. The lead time we estimated did take a little longer than expected and we apologize for that. We do not know why Shopify sent you a shipping confirmation but we will look into that issue for future orders. We shipped the product the day it was completed and sent you a notification with tracking that day as well. We apologize for the delay but we did communicate with you the day it was ordered letting you know if a lead time.
