When the order was placed, a tax-exempt status was requested. We emailed you requesting the required legal documentation to verify the tax-exempt status and provided seven days for the documentation to be submitted. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required form within that timeframe, so the order was canceled.

We’re very sorry that you have not received your order. Your order was placed and shipped from our warehouse on 9/16 via Standard USPS delivery. At the time the order shipped, we also sent you an email with the USPS tracking number so you could follow the shipment.
Unfortunately, after reviewing the tracking information provided by USPS, it appears that the package may have been lost in transit. When you contacted us, we explained that we would be filing a claim with USPS for the lost package, and an RMA was also filed so that you can receive a refund.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to become available. In the event that USPS recovers the package and it is delivered to you, please use the prepaid return shipping label we provided to return the package to us.
