I would have given this company five stars …if I hadn’t been kept waiting as caller number 4 for an hour, when calling customer service. We had an electrician working with us, so we needed immediate support. I was left feeling SO frustrated. Had to try and get another number from the company from which I’d bought my charger and also doing an online ‘ticket’.

I would have liked to have given Indra renewable technologies a five star rating, however when I needed them the most, I remained caller number four for over an hour to customer services. I had an electrician waiting to hear from them so we could progress with the installation of an EV charger. This is totally unacceptable. Once I did get through to a technician named Jack, he was absolutely marvellous and there was nothing he didn't know and helped answer all problems. Everything well after that but you really should make sure you have more people answering the phones ~ it's totally frustrating

Indra Technologies are an efficient and very helpful company. I recently had a new router to install and the help I received from Amanda was spot on, she emailed me clear instructions how to connect my EV charger to the new router and it was done in a couple of minutes! Thank you Amanda keep up the great work!

Iv had a couyof problems over the last year and half and I must say there a really good company to deal with just had a problem this morning spoken to Jake and he was so so helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted Indra by phone to help resolve an issue I was having with my charger when it wouldn’t connect with my new BT wireless router. The call was answered promptly and the support I received from Indra was 1st class. The support engineer (Jack) was extremely helpful and talked me through various things to try to resolve the issue. Eventually between Indra and BT support they managed to successfully resolve the issue.

i originally had Indra unit installed over 3 yrs back and all working OK until last September 25! can not charge the car! Now i had two new charger fitted and still not working! Have not responded to my complaints.Today i have been told that they will send another new unit!
i do not think they are interested in my complaint.
It is costing us a lot of money charging the car at a public charging point!
Jack was brilliant. Resolved the problem with my home wall charger in a professional and courteous manner. The charger has since worked perfectly.

Had my charger for 5 years and been really good,One time Indra contacted me to say there was a problem with my charger and sent an engineer out. I didn’t know I had a problem! Mitch and the team are always responsive and helpful when needed which has not been often,

Good product second time around, the first installation was defective, but they replaced it free of charge. Problem with this company is poor after sales service, they left the old charger which they should have taken, they promised several times to collect it for recycling but months have passed and no sign of them, these sort of things should be recycled and NOT sent to landfill
Andy was super helpful. Emailed late yesterday, had a few back and fourths over email with the same person and by noon today, all issues were resolved with my charger. Very grateful and pleased with the service received.
I’ve had an Indra Pro charger fitted to my house for around 21 months. It was fitted by Diamond electrical service to a very high standard.
On occasion I have had to contact Indra for either information or as a general query.
In every case there’s been a very quick response with subsequent information being provided. An excellent customer support and can recommend this company to anyone interested
I have had a few occasions necessitating contact with Indra Customer Care services. Mostly seemingly complicated to me but after answering the necessary and pertinent questions they have all concluded in positive results.
This was achieved in no small part to the friendly and professional expertise of the team generally but specifically Amanda and Andy. They should be recognised for their dedication to the tasks thrown at them. Thank you all.
Congratulations should also go to the System Monitoring Personnel. I recently had to replace my tether cable. Within seconds I received an email alert that someone was tampering with my Charging Unit.
Their EV chargers are not fit for purpose. I’ve had a replacement charger within 5 months of the initial installation. I had been without the charger for 3 out of those 5 months due to the charger switching off when connected. Customer service is awful, you have to chase them for weeks despite them promising to get back to you urgently. Replacement charger lost internet connection the same day of the install, I managed to fix it but had the same issue the next day. I now can’t use the app with it as it’s currently charging ok and I don’t want to risk the same issue I had last time. I would never go with Indra again and do not recommend them to anyone.
Our car Charger had been playing up intermittently and finally gave up end of Oct ‘25. Eventually new unit received Jan 14th. It has been lying in its box since . Despite regular prompting and excuses to the company no sign of being fitted to date 24th Feb ‘25. No direct telephone response from the company by either phone or email contact and mine go unanswered.
Very poor customer service. Strongly discourage anyone from using this company
