Very pleased with the prompt service. I emailed the company late afternoon on Tuesday for some advice on sleeper brackets. Had a constructive response from them the same day. Ordered the items I needed on the Wednesday and received them on Thursday. Certainly cannot complain about their quick delivery. Product looks good and solid and should do the job very well.
Would certainly use this company again.

Ordered some sleeper brackets and fixing screws however the packaging split whilst in transit and the brackets and some screws were missing.
Contacted the supplier who apologised and sent a complete new order within a couple of days.
Excellent customer service.

I ordered some corner sleeper stakes, but unfortunately the wrong ones were posted to me in error. After taking delivery of the item late Friday afternoon, I called Indoor Outdoors immediately and spoke to a very nice gentlemen who was extremely apologetic and personally saw that the correct item was posted out to me on next day delivery. By way of apology, he asked if I could make use of the stakes sent in error (which I could) and was allowed to keep them, with the correct stakes sent to me free of charge. Its very rare that you get customer service like that these days! Thanks Indoor Outdoors, highly recommend! :)

So pleased to have found this company. Products arrived quickly and the quality was great. There was something missing from our first order but they replied instantly and dealt with it so well that we had the missing item by the next day. In a world where you often struggle to get a reply and a resolution, it’s refreshing to have this level if customer service. Second order placed today.

Bought the sleeper brackets for a major project, was delighted with the quality, and cost of these. They are made of strong material, and hammer in to the ground very easily, keeping the sleepers upright.
