One of the best companies I have ever…

One of the best companies I have ever ordered from, truly exceptional customer service. I ordered 12 pinky rings to propose to my bridesmaids and they let me exchange sizes not only once but twice!! All of my friends were so pleased with the rings and just how beautiful in quality they were. Couldn't recommend enough!

Long wait for cheap quality

I waited a month to have my order finally shipped out, and did not receive any updates about my order production before that. I finally get the product and it is so cheap-looking, the necklace was super tangled in the jewelry pouch and the stone is not sparkly at all. I can’t believe I waited a month for some dropshipped cheap China product. Don’t waste your time, buy from Etsy instead.

For our custom pieces, we do send progress emails at each stage of production, these are sent to the same email you provide at checkout, so I’m sorry if these didn’t reach you as they should have.

I also completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive your necklace all tangled. That’s not the presentation I would expect for our customers at all.

Shipment was taking a little bit longer than I expected so I reached out to the customer service and Jake was super helpful and helping me change my shipping address since I had moved since putting in the order. He’s super helpful. Got it done right away responded quickly and I’m incredibly happy with his service.

Abbie was wonderful

Abbie was a great help when I had an issue with my fiancés ring, she was able to solve my problem in a timely manner and gave me the option of a replacement!

I truly love the jewelry from this company, every piece I’ve gotten has been beautiful, I hope to see more jewelry options soon!

Fantastic Customer Service

Indigo had fantastic customer service. We purchased 2 rings which we absolutely loved but unforuntately we eneded up having issues with. Jake from Customer Support team was incredibly helpful and was able to sort out our issue quickly.

The rings are fantastic and would highly recommend.

Abbie was so great! My package was delivered to the wrong mailbox, and she did everything to make it right! It was zero hassle and just an amazing company. It turns out, whoever received my package, brought it to me, and the rings are so beautiful! I can't wait give the matching one to my bestie!

I ordered the Oriana ring but a stone…

I ordered the Oriana ring but a stone fell off after two weeks. I messaged Customer Service and Jake assisted me thoroughly making it feel easy to address the issue and find resolution. Within a day of emailing back and forth for clarification, he was able to confirm a replacement. I hope anyone who experiences a need to reach out for support gets Jake because he definitely made me feel supported.
