I was doing a little consumer research and your name came up a few times and then a trusted friend recommended you and that sealed the deal. Price seems very competitive, onboarding process was far less annoying than I have become accustomed to, I haven’t really used the service yet but I already feel like I would recommend it. So long as the server works as advertised I would give this 10 out of 10.

The best customer service I have ever received from any hosting company. The price is outstanding for everything you get. Hosted my project zomboid server with them and there were zero issues.

used them for a satisfactory server, had a bunch of issues they claimed were caused by the game, switched to nitrado, issues gone. Wont use again

Absolutely love the 2 day free server trial. Its very useful when first setting up the server to check if it works. Server runs well with a bit of desync here and there but tbf ive never seen a zomboid server not desync so its fine. Its also quite easy to set up a modded server with the file manager.

The customer Support on the discord server is second to none. If you have in issue with your server, not only will they fix it, but also help with what you are trying to do, like setting the whole server up for you even of you just needed some help getting the server fixed. The best server hosting services out there!

Getting around the dashboard was easy for me (I do have some experience with rentals on tcmadmin or whatever). Connecting to FTP via filezilla was easy. They have a built in file manager that isnt bad. Their guides for troublshooting are decent and not just copy-pasted from other hosts.

The unlimited aspect of ram for certain games is amazing. Other hosts will take advantage of this and end up costing a lot. I rented specifically for Project Zomboid.

Support via discord or ticket system is good. Had a prompt response for a concern that was more or less my impatience.

Connection is good. Near me at 33ms. will update if anything changes but really impressed.

bought a 33$ server for minecraft server 6 people. It worked like ass. I dont recomand it. Better invest in mongolian horse market.

While their Linux servers can be a bit tricky to work with at first if unfamiliar, Indifferent Broccoli's customer service has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. Tickets are always answered within 24 hours or less, and I usually receive a response within hours on their Discord. They may joke about being 'indifferent', but they are anything but uncaring.

They do their best to solve your issues so you can get back to gaming, as well as are willing to answer any questions about how the server setup works so you can be more informed on how to care for your server. Bonus? They're also mod-friendly! Which is wonderful, as I know some server hosts are not.

On top of all this, they're affordable! Which in this economy? Is so important! They understand that the average person doesn't have tons of money to spare on hobbies, so they use Linux servers to compensate and allow themselves to offer fair and affordable prices for the everyday gamer.

So while learning the Linux servers is a learning curve, their servers are affordable, their customer service is absolutely top of the line, and they're even mod-friendly! I've never had an issue with them, and I think they're a hidden gem and a top pick for server hosting.

Really easy setup. Convenient way to alter configs through UI. FTP port to upload save files. Flexible and doesn't seem to lag or randomly turn off

Easy to set up, easy to update, the discord bot is amazing and I’ve had zero issues since I started renting the server.

Server was rolled back 24hr after free trial. Still waiting on customer service response.

There was some problem with the server, made a ticket.
They fixed eventually. Still not a fan of the ticket system but overall customer support works. Mainly due to high quality staff not higher management most like.
