Well, So far so good with Indiefy basic free account. They're legit but if you're not a big artist and verified it limits your releases per month and tracks per release (5). I'd highly recommend them... See more

Bad experience and 0 support

Bad experience and 0 support. They ban my account without first contact me and without motivation. They tell me I pay artificial bot. This is absolute fake, they are an agency fake that don’t work for you and your music.

Wait, what? We released using the same certificate of ownership but they say if this is "Fake"?

Okay, this is become really weird, Rejected review because we have a "Samples" that need to be reviewed the ownership [But the truth is, WE MAKE THAT SAMPLE WITH NO ANY OTHER SAMPLES AND ANY THIRD PARTY INVOLVED] and also we send our own copyright ownership or [Certificate of ownership] meaning our song is actually from US WITH NO THIRD PARTY SAMPLES OR BEATS. but 4 days later the project and also the account are terminated because they send us a email with "Fake" which meaning our ownership proof is "Fake"?

How that is possible?? Other distros are NOT LIKE THAT even we submitted the ownership using "Certificate of registration"

I think. I gave up and gonna find other distribution, Leaving indiefy for now, Bye.

Falsely Flagged my account and refused to rectify

Service would not let me release due to it being flagged as copyright - it was fully self-produced with no samples. I tried to rectify this and ended up getting an 'active strike' on my profile. I contacted customer support and they said that it was not a malfunction and there was nothing they could do. So Indiefy took a sum of money from me for a service I never received and refused to assist me when I tried to get help.

looking at alternatives on the market for music distribution, their rates are much higher and the supposed service seems to be worse than competitors. Would not recommend.

Not recommended

They started out with promise of many great features if you payed for pro membership and a very decent package for free. But as years passed all those great features never happened and instead they took away everything from the free version. They have a very high limit for withdrawing money. 100$ free version and 50$ for pro. No features at all. Would not recommend them to anyone. There are lots of better alternatives

They have to Improve their service.

Don't use this distribution service, They are not trustworthy. I sent in music through them and I selected only 4 platforms. About a month later, they sent my music to different platforms without my permission or any notice at all. They don't pay any royalties to at all, that's just their scam. Their support is absolutely horrible so don't even bother contacting them. The only time they will reply is whenever you leave a bad review on their service, if you don't they will absolutely ignore you. Once you send in a single or album through them. You have to wait 60 days until you can request a take down or single. "For every single or album" Even though it's been over 100 days for me I couldn't get it taken down unless I pay them and they don't care if you have to take something down to avoid you being sued or legal action. They do not send a link to your single or album once it's been distributed, you have to go and find it all on your own so think before you send it in any music at all through them.

This is highly Untrustworthy and I will be spreading the word.

To me it seems like there underhanded. I think they need to send out a notice to everyone who uses their distribution service when they make a change on their rules. When someone releases a song or album through your distribution service, give them a link to every platform it was released to. That way their music won't be floating around in space. I've used a lot of distributors and they always provide this, no questions asked. If you want to improve, this a starting point but there is a lot of room for it. And they need better support for the royalties made by the artist. Different payment methods and lower withdrawl limits.

This is the baddest website I have ever seen. The support does not respond. I have pro subscription but they never respond. I will send them some ad....u..l..t backlink to ensure they get zero traffic from Google booom

I got scam by this Company

I got scam by this Company. I requested a payment on 9th December 2021 and up till date 17th April, haven’t receive any money in my account, they always saying they’ve had a problem with transfer Wise and payoneer which is never true! PLS DO NOT WORK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!.they have no support for independent artist. They’ve Steal my $183. Scammers Br alert 🚨
