The best. Polite, competent, organised. Somehow managed to repair the wreckage that is my dentition. A really good UK intermediary (Kevin) made the logistics surprisingly easy. Would recommend to anyone.

When my wife was presented with an expensive offer from her Danish dentist to have an amalgam filling removed and a composite filling inserted instead, we decided to look elsewhere. We found IndexMedica in Krakow. We wrote to them and were given an approximate price for a total of 11 fillings, which were to be replaced from amalgam with composite fillings.
We went after making an appointment with the clinic and we both had an examination, x-ray, teeth cleaning with sandblasting and bleaching together with the replacement of the fillings for a total price of less than 1,000, - Euro. The clinic had a partnership with a hotel nearby and the first night at the hotel is free of charge if you accept a consultation. If you are 2 people, you get 2 nights. At the same time, you are picked up free of charge at the airport.
Almost all the staff speak English and are incredibly accommodating and you can send an itemized invoice with a return, so that you can possibly get a share refunded by the authorities in your home country.
We absolutely loved their clinic and are going back next year. The city of Krakow is definitely worth a visit, including the salt mines.
A big 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I have had a great experience with the company. The dental work and team have been great and the price was competitive and good value. The Hotel is excellent and great base for a trip around krackow.

My main motive for using Indexmedica was to save money on dental costs and enjoy visiting Kraków, but having finished my treatment, I now realise that not only was my treatment cheaper, but it was of a higher quality than many UK dentists I've used in the past. My dentist's attention to detail made me feel confident that I was getting the best possible outcome and even a simple hygienist appointment was far more thorough than anything else I've experienced.

I was also impressed by the efficient communication before each appointment and the friendly service on arrival.

I would happily use Indexmedica again and recommend them to anyone.

I have visited Index Medica dentist twice for treatment. Last year and this year. I find them very efficient and trustworthy. The treatment and dental work I received from them is of very high quality. Everything was explained and quoted for clearly and I am a very satisfied customer. I will be using this dentist always from now on. My partner has also visited twice and has had the same experience. He is very satisfied with the treatment he received. It’s the best thing we ever did as far as dentists go. Forget England. Go to this dentist in Poland they are the best.

Lost a crown .Having previously used Index Medica in Krakow l had no hesitation in contacting them for help. Kevin Customer Care in England quickly sorted me an appointment and flights plus the hotel. Sebastian and his Team worked very hard on my behalf to replace the crown. The care and support received was truly exceptional.
