Me too! After reading a number of complimentary online 'rave reviews' rating the service offered by indexceptional as "one of the best", I placed a couple of orders. Both are 17 days overdue for completion. Very disappointing.
Indexceptional isn't working. Order placed, order submitted. Zero response. Customer service isn't responding. This is a scam
This website is a scam , do not use , emailed them about 4 times , never replied, stay away folks
I decided to give this service a go after seeing it a YouTube video. After registration I added my links and was given a completition date.
After 4 days the status was still saying not started and it remained on this passed the completition date. Now admitedly the completition date was an estimate but even so I thought it was weird it hadn't even started so I decided to email to check.
using the contect details o their website I sent 3 emails over the following 4 days with no response to any of them.
For me customer service and responding to customers is paramount and for this reason I will not be using this service ever again. A few links were indexed but not a great result.
